Profile
Feeling anxious, stressed, confused,or not comfortable with yourself at the moment? Talking to a counsellor will give you the space you need to work things out. I offer a Person-centred approach which is led by your needs. My training was mainly from a Humanistic basis, and included many Person-centred skills which I now combine into a more integrated practice; this helps me to tailor my approach to better suit your needs. I will try to help you find the answers from within yourself, and be alongside you in your exploration by giving you a supportive, honest, open and non-judgmental space.
I can offer support in a wide variety of issues, including : confidence/self-esteem, Bereavement/loss/grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, and children's issues. ( I work part-time as a counsellor in schools, and would be glad to see other young people)
