Profile

In a comfortable, warm and welcoming environment, I offer the highest standards of ethical practice. My belief as a Counsellor/Therapist is that our relationship is the key to any success. I aim to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable from the start, therefore able to explore and disclose whatever has brought you to counselling. I hope that my clients see a 'realness' in me as a counsellor, rather than any 'masks' and 'facades' where you might feel judged. This realness has proved to offer the most productive outcome for many people.

Why not come along for a 'no obligation' reduced rate first session. If you feel that I'm not right for you no offence will be taken, as this is about 'you' after all.

My Masters Degree dissertation investigated personal growth toward 'authentic' living. I received a 'Distinction' or 1st Class Degree for this study.

I have also been a Supervisor, Trainer and Counsellor with Cruse Bereavement care.
Also with Cruse I was part of the international 'Disaster Response/Resilience' team. I also delivered training nationally for new members to the team.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a counsellor in various G.P. practices for a Primary Care Trust (P.C.T.) 

I also deliver 'bespoke' training for various organisations.

Fees

My fees are £40:00 per 50 min session, (£25:00 for the 1st session).

Sessions are availble days and evenings.

I am open to negotiation (in regard to fees) for the low waged with specific need. I also offer a reduced rate for students.

I am situated less than a mile from junction 59 of the A1.
