Profile
I am a qualified, experienced BACP accredited counsellor working with individuals from many different walks of life, ages, cultures and backgrounds. I work in both a short-term and a long-term way depending on individual need. I see the confidential relationship that counselling offers as being an opportunity to explore one's private meanings. Through counselling we can develop ways of understanding oneself and one's problems with more insight, self-acceptance and calmness.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I qualified in person-centred counselling in 1998 and have subsequently done training in systemic and transpersonal approaches. I see clients privately at home and, at present, at a cancer centre where people are often in the crisis of life-threatening illness. I also have experience in working in education with both staff and students. My previous career was in teaching, training and lecturing and I am currently involved in teaching on the Healing Journey programme in the UK

Fees
£40 waged
£20 unwaged or low-wages( under £20,000 p.a.)
Further Information
I have an ability to communicate with a wide range of people and offer a warm, empathic relationship where we can explore the more difficult aspects of living and relating.
