Profile

I am an experienced and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Eastbourne town centre.
I work using the Person Centred approach and integrate concepts from Transactional Analysis.

I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can talk through the problems you are experiencing and which are making life difficult for you.
I believe people have the ability to find their own way through life but on occasions need some support and nurture to find that way.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Diploma in Transactional Analysis. I am currently in advanced psychotherapy training (Transactional Analysis).

I worked as a volunteer counsellor for over 10 years and have a background in Personnel and Human Resources.
