We all face from time to time periods in our life that are extremely difficult. Family and friends can be a great support, but are usually too much involved to offer the explorative support that can help you through. Professional and confidential guidance from a counsellor could facilitate you to cope and make changes.
For anyone who wants or needs to improve the quality of (aspects of) their life, I offer 1-2-1 counselling, coaching, and training. Always in close discussion with you, the client, we decide what route to take, what our objectives are and agree on what conditions we will work together.
We can work from 6 weeks to any length of time you wish. I

am trained in integrative counselling and combine elements of different models to provide my clients with a personalised approach. If it feels helpful we can include some coaching or energy work as well.

I am a member of the BACP and the AMT.

    Assessment - £ 30
    Depending on time of day and type of treatment between £ 50 and £ 75 per hour

    Further Information

    My nationality is Dutch, but I am trained in the UK. Before I worked as a counsellor, I worked as a management consultant in the IT industry. I am living in SW London with my family and work from home, as well as from local venues. I teach different subjects, such as counselling, meditation and spiritual development.
