Profile

Deborah's approach is integrated and pragmatic, typically within a brief therapy context. Over the past 17 years, she has worked as a psychotherapist and also taught workshops in the UK, Canada, South Africa and NZ.

Deborah's experience includes consulting for Employment Assistance Programs, a trauma treatment agency, and providing psychological services to students in a primary care setting at a Canadian university. Deborah has also worked extensively with international students, immigrants and the families of diplomats experiencing cultural adjustment and/or psychological difficulties.

Deborah has presented at various seminars, a conference, and provided professional development training and workshops for various organisations including the House of Commons (Ottawa, Canada), The Ottawa Hospitals etc. She has also taught workshops and courses for the Vancouver School Board in Canada.
