I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor. I have trained in different approaches including Psychodynamic Counselling, Focussed Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work in a time limited way or open ended basis. I have also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reducton (MBSR).

I have a particular interest in working with clients who have drug and alcohol problems, depression,anxiety, low self esteem and self worth, anger management issues , work related problems and stress reduction.
