I specialise in Relationship Issues and Relationship Advice, I run Relationship Workshops in London and Suffolk, helping people with relationship problems.
Whether you are single or in a relationship, the workshops help you to understand what is going on.
How do you make a relationship work? How do you keep and maintain it ? When things seem to start going wrong how do you turn it around and get a handle on it? Until you know what's going on how can you make an informed decision?
Sometimes finding someone to share your life with can seem like the most difficult thing in the world. Why, when so many other people seem to discover happiness and fulfillment with another person, can't you find that one individual to build a happy relationship with?
Or perhaps you're already in a relationship that feels difficult or frustrating and you're wondering what's going on or how things are going wrong and why youre not happy.
Maybe you feel you always end up in dead-end relationships that seem to be going nowhere but you find it hard or even impossible to break free. Perhaps you find yourself with partners whom you don't understand, or that they don't seem to understand you.
Through our weekend relationship workshops you will gain insights into how your past experiences can influence your present relationships, and how repeating and often self-defeating patterns can emerge. With the development of this new understanding there comes the potential for doing things differently and for enjoying more fulfilling relationships.
