Profile

I specialise in counselling for relationship difficulties and run relationship workshops in Suffolk and London. I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist. I trained to Masters Level at The Northern Guild for Psychotherapy. I bring to my work a wide variety of experiences from working with people in different settings over many years. My approach is integrative, combining aspects of humanistic, cognitive behavioural and psychoanalytical theory.

I am particularly interested in supporting choice through emotional, physical and intellectual awareness. My style is empathic, supportive and calm. I have a profound belief in the potential of each person to be all that they can be and a determination to support them through this process of self-actualisation.

I have worked for the NHS in Primary Care and since 1998 have worked in private practice in Suffolk and in Victoria and Harley Street in London with both individuals and couples.
