Profile

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and counsellor with twenty two years' experience of working with individuals, adolescents (16+) and couples.  I work from my practice in the quiet village of Collingham. It is within easy reach of Newark, Lincoln, Grantham, Southwell, Mansfield, Worksop, Retford and all surrounding villages. 

My approach is psychodynamic/integrative and I see clients for both short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy.

I offer:
-Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy to adults and young people.
-Couple Psychotherapy
-Staff Counselling
-Individual Supervision for training and practising therapists
-Training therapy for counselling and psychotherapy trainees

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Member of the Federation for Independent Psychotherapists (FIP).
United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist
British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Snr Acc) Senior Accredited Practitioner
(UKRCP) Registered Independent Psychotherapist

My qualifications include:
Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Leics. Univ.)
Advanced Certificate in Counselling Supervision [Integrative](Birmingham Univ.)
Certificate in Couple Counselling (Relate)
B.A. Honours degree in Philosophy (Hull Univ.)

Fees

Fees for 2011 :

An Initial Assessment  - Individuals £60
                                 Couples    £65

Subsequent Individual Sessions  £45
                 Couple Sessions     £55

Supervision £45 per one hour session

A concessionary reduction is available where there is a difficulty meeting the fee.  Please speak to me if you think this might apply to your circumstances.

Appointments available: 12.00pm  -  8pm, Monday to Thursday. Other times by arrangement.
