Profile

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist accredited with BACP and registered with UKCP.  I work with individuals and couples aiming to improve the quality of their relationships. This often leads to focusing on the defensive barriers individuals put in the way of having happy and fulfilling relationships. 

In agreement with my client, I work either on a short term basis on specific issues and goals or longer term allowing deeper transformative work.

In my mediation work I assist separating couples to reach agreement on financial and parenting arrangements whilst keeping the focus on the well-being of the children.
