Philippa Day (MBACP)
I use an integrative model of counselling which provides you, the client with professional therapeutic support aimed at your individual needs. An essential part of the work I do is building up a trusting therapuetic relationship with my clients. It enables each individual or couple I work with to explore their issues fully and meet the challenge of facing their vulnerabilities and if necessary making changes within their lives. I can work with clients in both the short and long term- to suit their needs. I work with adults, young people 16+ and couples.
