Profile
Couples or individuals, we sometimes unknowingly stop ourselves from living full and happy lives. I believe that everyone has the right to a happy life and to be accepted. I also believe that if you want to change, you can. I will work alongside you to support you and show you how to find the way for yourself.
I work with couples, individuals and small groups.
I offer face to face counselling and also telephone and web counselling via Skype.
What some previous clients have said -
"I now feel more like the driver in my life and not the passenger..." Mr J
"You have taken me on a healing journey. A journey which has given me support, strength, a journey that started in darkness and has now ended in the light. I will continue in my journey with confidence, and know that I can cope with most things life throws at me..." Mrs S
"After experiencing several life changing events in a short period of time and deciding to embark upon a course of counselling, my initial fears about the process soon proved unfounded. I found your counselling service incredibly helpful in understanding my current situation clearly and in identifying ways forward to realise improvement. I now feel equipped to recognise when life is presenting challenges that are out of the ordinary, their effect on me and how to better cope with them. Your help is much appreciated." Mr F

It's based on systems theory, deep ecology and spiritual teachings. Please see www.joannamacy.net for more detail.
