There are many reasons for coming to Counselling. If we decide to work together, I will help you explore your difficulties. I will enable you to identify your needs and choices, and how you can work towards fulfilling them, and find your own solutions.

As a supervisor, I aim to: promote the welfare of clients, to provide support, challenge and guidance to encourage the professional development of the supervisee, to ensure that the supervisee works within the BACP Ethical Framework or similar, and to provide a safe space where the supervisee can reflect on their feelings, thoughts, and their actions in their casework, and where we work creatively together for the benefit of both client and counsellor.
