Further Information
Some people come for therapy because they are wrestling with a problem that is making them feel bad. Others come because old patterns are beginning to feel wrong or they want to find out more about themselves and why they react as they do.
Counselling can be helpful if you feel down or anxious; have lost someone close and don’t seem to be “getting over it”; if you are surprised by how you have reacted to events or pressures.
Counselling is a safe place to explore how you feel and to talk to someone who is “neutral” – who will be honest with you and will not tell you what they think you want to hear and will not judge you.
