Profile

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy.

I have been working in private practice for the past 6 years. Prior to that, I worked with young people and sexually exploited / vulnerable women. I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and am also a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

My further training includes creative play therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), personality disorders and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

Many clients find psychotherapy a rewarding experience without any of these issues. Therapy can help gain self awareness, self acceptance and often improve the richness of peoples lives. I work with both individual clients and couples.

I also offer both individual and group clinical supervision. I completed a supervision diploma with the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.

Clients are welcome daytimes and evenings (Monday to Saturday) subject to availability. I offer therapy to individuals and couples.
