Profile
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working in the Twickenham area. I offer sessions in a private room in a house in Saville Road, near Twickenham Green.
I work on a one to one basis with adults, either for an agreed number of sessions or open ended. Generally appointments are weekly for 50 minutes.
I have a special interest in working with people who have been bereaved and those having trauma in their life, past or present
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am trained in EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) for helping people who have experienced trauma or have anxiety symptoms.
I have Certificates in Counselling Skills and Theory at Level 2 and 3.
As further professional development I am currently studying at the Metanoia Institute for an Msc Integrative Psychotherapy, due to complete in July 2010. I am a student member of BACP and work in line with the Ethical Framework.
I am also a trained and practising workplace mediator and coach.

I offer Assessment Sessions at £20 for 50 minutes as I appreciate that deciding to engage in Counselling can be a big step and it is really important to find the right counsellor or therapist to work with.
Further sessions cost between £30-£50 depending on your personal circumstances.
