ProfileI am an Integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor and a Clinical Hypnotherapist, working at my private practice in Esher. I am an Integrative Practitioner and work in a very relational way and I will use whatever style of therapy I feel is best suited to my client and their particular needs. This means I aim to offer the best therapy for the individual rather than a particular style of therapy which is not always suitable for each individual client and their unique personal circumstances. Some clients will benefit from Hypnotherapy alone while others will require a more consistent 'talking-based' approach. I specialise in helping people to reach their true potential and achieve their goals. I am especially interested in working with people who experience work related stress and anxiety, bereavement issues, depression, relationship and family problems, anxiety attacks, phobias and many other issues. I use a combination of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy/counselling to help my clients overcome their issues and will endeavour to do all I can to help them to reach their goals. Training, Qualifications & ExperienceMSc Integrative Psychotherapy, Middlesex University, Clinical Diploma Integrative Psychotherapy, Metanoia Institute. Advanced Certificate in Counselling from Kingston College. Certificate and Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from LCCH (Imperial College, London). NLP Master Practitioner. I have completed specialist bereavement training and CBT training and have also completed Level II Training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) which is especially helpful when working with trauma. I am UKCP registered and a member of the BACP and a Full Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the The Surrey Counselling and Psychotherapy Initiative, who are a group of experienced therapists working in the Surrey area. I am also a member of UKAPI. (United Kingdom Association for Psychotherapy Integration). Areas of counselling I deal with
Therapies Offered
Fees£50 - 50 minute psychotherapy/counselling session Further InformationIn addition to my private practice, I also facilitate long term Group Psychotherapy in the NHS and also co-facilitate Group Psychotherapy in Central Esher. Groups are available in the daytime or evening and a 3 month minimum commitment is required. Fees for Group Psychotherapy are payable one month in advance. Group Psychotherapy, like individual psychotherapy, is intended to help people who would like to improve their ability to cope with difficulties and problems in their lives. Group therapy focuses on interpersonal interactions, so relationship problems are addressed well in groups. The aim of Group Psychotherapy is to help with solving the emotional difficulties and to encourage the personal development of the participants in the group.
