Profile

I am a psychotherapist accredited with the BACP and UKCP. Personally, I offer medium - long term psychotherapy and supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists. I also supervise a service providing low cost short - medium terms psychotherapy.

Theoretically, I draw on transactional analysis and psychoanalytical ideas using them integratively and relationally to suit my clients' needs. I am a trainer at Metanoia Institute in Ealing, London.

I am also a management consultant and director of Link Consultancy, an accredited centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management. Hence, I have in depth understanding of the issues facing people in organisations especially challenges with the culture and work related stress.
