I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and depth oriented therapy. I specialise in Trauma, PTSD, Childhood Abuse in an integratvie way. I work with depression and relationship issues.
When appropriate I integrate aspects CBT.

I am a Registered Counselling Psychologist with the HPC (Health Professions Council) Chartered Counselling Psychologist and
Associate Fellow with the BPS (British Psychological Society)
Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy)
Registered EuroPsy Psychologist with EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists' Associations).
I am also a Registered Trauma Specialist on the Register of Trauma Specialist, a professional member of ISTSS (International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies), ESTSS (European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies),and the UKPTS (UK Psychological Trauma Society).
I am also an International Affiliate Member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and a full Professional member of EMDR UK & Ireland Association.
