Profile
Sometimes life issues can become overpowering. Therapy can help you manage the pressures and stresses that life brings. I practise integrative counselling and psychotherapy, which means that I bring together essential aspects of psychodynamic and humanistic approaches into a flexible way of working. My approach seeks to encourage personal awareness and gives the person the opportunity to solve, and grow beyond, presenting problems.
To accommodate busy schedules appointments are arranged to suit most individuals, including evenings and weekends.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) No: 585200
