Profile

I am a fully qualified integrated counsellor who offers a confidential, professional practice located in Bromley Cross, Bolton, providing counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young persons 14+. Although my core training is in Person Centred Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I now take an integrated approach to ensure that the needs of an individual client are met.

I offer a warm, welcoming and calm environment where you can just be yourself. Life is not always black and white and it can help to share painful, difficult or confusing feelings with someone who will really listen. Together we can explore and make sense of what is causing you concern.

As well as my independent practice I have also gained experience working with adults and young persons as a volunteer counsellor in Salford and supporting victims of crime in their home environment. I currently work with other volunteer counsellors for a Bolton charity that offers free face-to-face counselling for anyone aged 16+.
