I offer a friendly and confidential counselling service in a safe and peaceful environment where you can talk about and explore problems or difficulties you are experiencing in your life, without being judged or told what to do.

Counselling can help you think more clearly, make decisions or changes in your life or come to terms with difficult past or present experiences.

I work one-to-one with adults, couples and young people on a variety of issues on a short term or long term basis.

I am trained as an integrative counsellor which means that I can work in a number of different ways according to your individual needs.

I offer an initial half hour appointment alowing us the time to meet and talk through how counselling may be of benefit to you. It is also an opportunity for you to see if you would be comfortable working with me. Further appointments usually take place on a weekly basis and last for 50 minutes.

BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy
Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling
Member of the BACP
