Profile

I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor, Accredited with the BACP. I offer counselling in a safe, confidential space in Surbiton Surrey. I have worked in various settings including secondary primary health care, schools, voluntary agencies and presently in private practice. I offer counselling to individuals and couples.

My working model is Integrative, using techniques adapted from counselling approaches such as, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Rogerian and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. By using this approach it enables me to use the 'most effective' parts of a number of approaches so that the widest range of problems can be tackled, enabling my clients to be empowered helping them to make better choices for the future. I also offer creative ways of working, such as dreamwork, drawing, and visualisation.

I offer brief counselling or longer term therapy according to your needs and situation.

My hours are 8.00 am - 8.30 pm Mon - Fri
9.00 am - 4.00 pm Saturday

Fees

The fee is £45 for a regular (individual) counselling hour.
Couples counselling fee is £60 a session (1 hour).

A concession is available for students and those on a low income of £25/£35 per hour.

A home visit can be arranged at additional cost (Note: If located within 3 mile radius of Surbiton there will be no extra charge for this service).
