I am an experienced therapist and work with adolescents, young people and adults, both one to one, in couples and family groups and accept referrals for therapy from individuals, GP surgeries, Adult and Adolescent Psychiatric Services, Schools and Colleges and Practitioners.

Psychiatric and Psychological assessments are also available via my practice if necessary.

My theoretical approach is Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic and Cogniive Analytic offering short and long term therapy.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited therapist, and a United Kingdom Register of Counsellors (UKRC) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT) registered practitioner. Affiliated member of Resolution

B.Ed(Hon’s) Psychology, PGCE, Diploma Sports Science, GNVQ Integration to study and supporting learners
