FREE 1st session, so you can find out if you feel comfortable with me as your counsellor.
It's an invitation to that step forward from any problems you may be experiencing, and deciding if counselling is OK for you.
The sessions are safe, confidential and non judgemental, for you to talk about things that may be causing you problems.
Sessions are weekly with regular reviews every six weeks to check how counselling is going for you.

Post Graduate Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling.
BA(Hons) Psychology.

Fees
£35 per fifty minute session. Reduced fees for unwaged or those on a low income.
I offer appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings and throughout the day on Wednesdays.

I have spent many years working in a healthcare setting working with people on a one to one basis.
