Profile

I'm an experienced counsellor, working with all sorts of issues - including relationship issues, sexual problems, anxiety, depression, bereavement, cancer, and disability. My clients come from a very wide variety of backgrounds and cultures, both individuals and couples.

You may never have been to a counsellor before, and you might feel nervous or cautious about starting on this. Perhaps it would help to visit me for a trial counselling session (normal fee applies). Then you can take time to think about how it felt before committing to further sessions.

It often helps to talk about a problem, and that's a good start - people often tell me they feel 'lighter' even after just telling their story.

I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor, and I've been working since 1997.

I work in a pleasant location within easy reach of public transport, with free parking.

BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor (and Supervisor)

Qualified as a counsellor in 1997.
BACP Registered and Accredited since 2001.
COSRT Accredited, since 2009.
I work as a counsellor with individuals.
Couples' Counselling for sex and/or relationship issues.

Diploma in Person Centred and Existential Counselling (1997).
Certificate in Person Centred Supervision (2003).
Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Counselling (2008).

Eleven years' experience as a supervisor and BACP accredited for individual and group supervision since April 2011.
