I offer short term counselling or longer-term work. I work in a integrative framework, that is I draw from various therapy approaches and put them together in a consistent way. My starting point is you, my client, trying to understand the world from your point of view in a non-judgemental way. I offer to work alongside you on your issues at your pace.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I hold a Masters in Integrative psychotherapy. I work under the professional ethics code of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and also the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) of which I am a member. I am in regular supervision to ensure I am following best practice.

I charge 30 pounds for an hour session and am willing to negotiate fees with those unable to pay.
