There are many different and complex reasons for seeking help, and I offer a reliable and confidential counselling relationship at my practice in Weald, providing a safe, private environment to explore difficult or painful issues. Sometimes, just a few sessions can be enough to help us 'get back on track' and to feel less lost. At other times, knowing the support is available for as long as we feel we need it can be a lifeline. Everyone's situation is different, and our first meeting will give us an opportunity to discuss what might be the best way forward for you.
My decision to begin training in 1997 arose from a wish to be of more informed help to people I worked with at the time in a related field. It developed, however, into a new way of life and a continuing journey.

Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling (2001) from Westminster
Pastoral Foundation, ratified by Roehampton University of Surrey.

I worked with clients throughout my last two years of training, and for the past ten years in private practice. I have also had six years experience of counselling in a GP practice, which enabled me to develop a way of working within time constraints that integrated my training with the practical, 'real life' needs of brief therapy. I offer both open-ended and brief therapy.

Introductory session £25
£40 per session thereafter

I have regular supervision according to BACP guidelines, and hold the necessary insurance.
My practice is approximately 10/15 mins. drive from Sevenoaks, Hildenborough or Tonbridge Stations. Off-road parking normally available.
