In counselling you have the freedom to speak about whatever is troubling you in a quiet, safe and non-judgmental space. Together, we may explore thoughts and emotions; uncovering unhelpful patterns which you may not have been aware of but which could be keeping you from from living your life more fully.Talking together in this way enables you to reach a greater awareness, understanding and sense of your self worth.
Coming to counselling marks a positive step you are willing to take in order to make a change in your life .
I am a fully qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor, with many years of experience in the profession. I offer therapy for individual adults at Golders Green, north west London and London Bridge, central London
I specialise in areas such as relationship issues, anxiety, bereavement, low self esteem, anger management and depression. My counselling is reliable, confidential and highly professional.
I am professionally trained to help you to uncover and discover your own resources. I realise that sometimes it can be difficult to ask for help, however talking over problems with a professional can bring great relief.

Dates and fees for ongoing sessions can be discussed at this session.
All sessions are 50 minutes long and take place at the same time, once weekly or more frequently, depending on your requirement.
There is a limited number of places for those with financial difficulties.
I will try to set up the first appointment within 24 hours of your call.
Our first session is an opportunity to meet and see if this type of counselling is right for you. You can talk about what has caused you to seek counselling. We can explore any questions you may have. In this session as in subsequent ones, you are free to speak about whatever is on your mind.
As well as a trained therapist, I have a background in classical music which I feel enhances my ability to 'tune in' and listen to you intuitively.
In addition to daytime sessions I offer evening sessions for those who seek counselling after work.
