Person-centred / integrative counsellor, therefore I accept and appreciate each client as a unique human being. Furthermore, with my clients I can explore and identify the best counselling approach to encourage change. My clients experience warmth, honesty and unconditional respect, which reflect my core values.
I promote feelings of self-worth and autonomy and, most importantly, provide insight. I appreciate that counselling can be a challenging experience, however the sense of being heard, understood and supported will encourage growth and enlightment. Iam a member of the British association of Counsellors and Psycotherapists, which means I work within their code of ethics and guidelines.

Our first half-hour session is Free, a time to introduce each other, and give you the client a chance to decide if you feel comfortable to engage with me and the counselling process. Thereafter, £25 - £35 per hour. Long or short term counselling. Six sessions of CBT theraphy can be booked at a reduced price. Advanced payments will naturally earn a fee reduction. Some reduced fee places for students, and those on benefits. I listen to my clients needs and together we agree on a programme of counselling. .
Further Information
My practice is five minutes from junction 21 on the M5. Easily excessable by road, rail and bus, a garden room location, (conservatory) which is private, light and relaxing, with separate on the level acess suitable for wheelchairs. At the moment Iam working towards accredition with the BACP and completing a Masters Degree in Counselling at the University of Bristol. I also work for a counselling charity in Weston-s-mare. I have a wealth of experience working with clients from young adults to seniors. I will endeavor to meet you within a week of your intial contact. Home visits are also possible.
