Profile
I`ve been a practising Counsellor since 2005; what is called:
An integrative person-centred counsellor and C B T Therapist.
What does that description of me actually mean?
It means that I accept, appreciate and celebrate each person as a unique human being and that I use my skills to identify and to explore the best theoretical approach and practical programme of counselling to promote, encourage and help with personal change.
In our relationship what you will experience from me is:
warmth; honesty; kindness; understanding; compassion; freedom; inspiration; patience; support; respect; congruence; acceptance; encouragement.
I appreciate that coming to counselling can be very challenging , however the sense of being heard and understood can bring you growth and enlightment.
If you would like to contact me please email me through my personal website: www.emeraldcounselling.co.uk or call me on 01934 516516 or 07855 338676.
