I am an experienced and qualified therapist offering a safe and confidential setting in which to talk through confusing and difficult issues.

I work in private practice and offer both short term and open ended work, according to your needs.

£45 for individuals per 1 hour session.
£75 for couples per 1 1/2 hour session.

Finding the right therapist to work with is important and so I offer an initial consultation to give us a chance to meet and decide whether we are able to work together regularly in counselling.
To ensure a safe and supportive working environment for myself and my clients I have regular supervision.
To expand and deepen my skills I undertake regular training courses and have a strong commitment to my own ongoing personal development.
