I am an Eating Disorder Specialist, with over a decade in Private Practice as a Therapist and Professional Coach. I have become known as The Body Image Expert and regularly write for quality websites and publications on the subject.

I provide an holistic approach to recovery and gently lead my clients from despair to positive lifelong change . My coaching services are uniquely tailored for women and include:
