Profile

I am an experienced qualified psychotherapist and I have been in practice for 14 years in Leicester. I am the head of a group practice at this address and we offer a choice of male and female therapists, offering a range of therapeutic approaches.  I am registered with the UKCP and with my professional associations (European Association for Transactional Analysis). I am also a trainer and supervisor for other therapists, and I have regular clinical supervision for my work with clients.
I offer a counselling and psychotherapy service to individuals and couples. I also offer a therapy group for trainee counsellors. I work with a variety of presenting problems and I offer an initial consultation to decide if and how we may be able to work together.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I initially trained in Psychodynamic and Person-centred counselling. I then studied for a masters degree in Human Relations before completing my training as a
Certified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist and a Certified Practitioner in NeuroLinguistics.
I am a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analysist and a UKCP registerd psychotherapist.
I am a former lecurer in Counselling at Leicerster University, student counsellor at University of Liecester, De Montfort University and Loughborough College, part time lecturer and supervisor Vaughan College, University af Leicester and supervisor at Leicester Couinselling centre.
