I work as a counsellor seeing both adults and children and have experience of working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked for many years both in private practice as well as working in the NHS. My work with children is play based.
I have experience of many different issues that can cause us to be distressed, upset or confused. Often when this happens we feel we need to come and talk to someone outside our usual support network. Often we feel we have nowhere else to turn when life becomes difficult. I am a very genuine open and honest person and I believe that is the way I work with people. I am able to negotiate the fees if there is hardship, or you are on benefits. I work both short term and long term, the choice is always the clients.
