Profile

I am an experienced qualified Person – Centred counsellor. I work in a supportive and non-judgmental way with adults and young people on a one-to-one basis and can provide both short- and long-term counselling.
I also work for the NHS (as a mental health worker) working with individuals and groups based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

My Qualifications include

-Diploma in Person Centred Counselling
--Transactional Analysis 101(TA)
-Counselling skills for young people and children
-Bereavement counselling for young people and children
-Counselling for rape Survivors
-Mediation

For the last ten years I have worked with the following organisations:

Sussex Downs Collage- Connexions Project worker, working with young people that are Not in Education Employment (NEET) and Training.
Cruse- Referral officer
Mediation Services- Working with family’s to mediate between young people and parents.
Mind -Drop in group facilitator

£30-£45, negotiated at first session
Concessions for low income and students please ask.
Sessions last for 60 minutes.
