Profile

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor who provides a friendly and confidential service through which you can explore your deepest concerns. I cannot promise you any easy answers, but I believe that talking in a relaxed environment can free your own potential to find meaning and positive change.

I work from my own home as well as at a general counselling service in Hastings. In addition to working with adults I provide therapy for children, young people and couples.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

My primary qualification is in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling, in which I hold both a postgraduate diploma and a Masters Degree. I use various other counselling disciplines in my practice, including gestalt, transactional analysis and CBT. I have had training in bereavement support and alcohol counselling, and am committed to ongoing professional development. I have regular supervision, I am fully insured and adhere to the BACP Code of Ethics.
