Counsellor Profile

I am a person centred therapist, working with adults and teenagers. I offer a gentle, supportive space for clients to work through their issues. I incorporate other elements of counselling depending on my client's needs. Other approaches include CBT, solution focussed therapy, creative writing, drawing and sand tray work.

Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and Therapy (2006) Accredited by BACP.
Certificate in Person Centred Supervision (2008)
I have worked with young people (age 12-25) for the past 4 years. I have experience as a school counsellor and also working for the NHS as a counsellor in GP practice.
