I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over ten years experience and have a private practice based in Rushden, the location is easily accessible via the A45 and A6, making it ideal for those travelling from the Bedford/Thrapston/Kettering or Northampton area.  I work with individuals on a one-to-one basis and offer short-term or long-term therapy, this can be once or 2-3 times weekly. As a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) I work by its ethical framework with great respect for clients and their confidentiality.

I also offer individual/group supervision to counsellors both experienced or in training.
