Profile
Talking to a qualified and experienced therapist can create a space for you to think about what is happening when things seem too difficult, and can lead to lasting change.
I work sensitively and in depth with issues such as relationship problems, depression, abuse, bereavement, addictions, eating disorders, panic attacks and anger management.
I provide a quiet and confidential space and work with you to increase understanding and build a firm sense of self. Together we can examine and explore the meaning of patterns in your life story.
I am in the latter stages of an analytic training in London, and have years of experience as a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. As a psychotherapist in the NHS I worked with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I am able to see people once, twice, three or four times a week, depending on the level of support sought.
I am an accredited member of the BACP and registered member of UKRCP.
I work from Stonestile Lane, which runs between The Ridge in Hastings and Westfield. You will need your own transport to come to my rooms.
NEW low cost psychotherapy group starting in central Hastings. Seeking new members. Please contact me for details.
Group psychotherapy can be a good option for those with limited financial resources, as it costs less than one to one work. It provides an opportunity to explore self and relationships in a safe enough setting, where new solutions to old problems can be found.
