I am a psycoanalytic psychotherapist and psychodynamic counsellor, I also offer supervision.

I have had my own private practice for several years and have also worked for the NHS.

I offer a confidential and caring environment in which to explore and work through issues from the past that may be affecting you from becoming the person you want to be.

I have worked with many clients showing wide ranging symptoms, and presenting with a range of needs and difficulties. These could include psysical, sexual, and emotional abuse. Additionally I have worked with alcoholics, and other forms of addicitive type behaviour, together with difficulties in relationships, stress type issues, life changing decisions, job stress, and eating disorders.

Further Information

I work with both couples and individuals, and can also provide short term supportive work and also longer term work, whereby we would seek to delve futher into the main issues, and depending on the need.

I have also had some training on PTSD. In addition I have also attended several courses on using CBT.
