Profile

I am a warm down to earth counsellor with a relaxed but focused manner conducive for counselling. I work at my clients pace with their presenting issues for both short and long term therapy.
I work with NHS clients covering a range of issues. I also have a consulting room within a private practice and can also can offer appointments from my own home.
I am located in Bournemouth between Poole and Christchurch.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

B.A. Hons in Counselling and psychotherapy.
Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
Certificates in skills and Studies in therapeutic counselling. (CPCAB). www.cpcab.co.uk.
Cruse Bereavement Trained counsellor. www.crusebereavementcare.co.uk .
Full membership to the British Association For Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) www.bcap.co.uk.
My experiences have been Student Counselling Service. PCT and NHS patients, encompassing a wide spectrum of client issues. Cruse Bereavement Care for New Forest and Bournemouth Branch.

I keep in touch with current and ongoing developments within the profession by engaging in continual professional development. i recieve regular supervision which ensures safe practice. I Work within ethical guidelines of my professional body. I attend courses and workshops throughout the year.
