I am a qualified and experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor, an EMDR Trained Therapist and I am also qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I offer individual counselling as well as couples counselling and supervision.

Fees
Each session lasts a full 60 minutes. Flexible appointments are available - particularly suitable for shift workers.
Person Centred Counselling or CBT: £40 per hour
EMDR: £45 per hour
Couples counselling: £45 per hour.
Counselling supervision: £40 per hour.
Longer sessions may be booked, for instance a 90 minute CBT session for an individual would cost £60.
Payments accepted by cheque or cash.
