Counsellor Profile
I am a qualified counsellor with over 16 years experience of working with both couples and individuals on a wide range of issues, particularly relationship difficulties, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, loss and bereavement. My specialism is working with people with life-threatening illnesses, their families and friends.
I provide a confidential and safe place to explore the difficulties youmay be having with your life. I will neither judge nor advise, but will explore with you your thoughts and feelings. My aim is that you feel understood and gain insights to help you live your life more fully, making changes or coming to terms with things that cannot be changed.
I offer an initial meeting (at reduced cost) so that we can find out more about each other. By the end of this you will be able to decide whether counselling is the right step for you and whether we can and want to work together.
I charge £35 per 50 minute session for individuals and £45 per hour for couples.
