As a counsellor my aim is to offer you a safe confidential space in which to explore your world, and help you make sense of some of the issues that may be affecting you. I am a warm, caring person, who is willing to journey with you for however long you need my support. This may be a matter of weeks, months or longer.
My approach encompasses you holistically. I work relationally in the here-and-now to raise your awarenesses and increase your choices.
I am a member of and work to the BACP code of ethics.
I am experienced in working with individuals with a wide range of issues. I have worked at a counselling centre in Tamworth since 2005 and run private practice alongside this.

Further Information
I am happy to use creativity within my counselling if clients are interested, and where appropriate. Methods used range from writing and drawing to using figures and sand-tray work.
