Counsellor Profile
I am a warm and caring person comitted to offering a professional and therapeutic counselling service from home, where I have a room set aside which is comfortable and private. I have been an accredited counsellor since 2005 by BACP [British Assocciation of Counsellors and Psychotherapists]and this is reviewed annually.
I have a wealth of experience gained from working in organizations such as St Lukes Hospice, Bridge counselling and Basildon Women's Aid as well as seeing many clients privately with a range of issues.

I am a Person centred counsellor . This approach to counselling enables a client to feel safe to discover who they really are and to explore changes that they wish to make to their lives. It can be very effective either in short term work on a specific area or long term, changing patterns that may have been with you for a long while.
