Sometimes in our lives we experience thoughts and feelings that we are unable to understand or that leave us feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with our lives. I have a strong belief that in the right counselling relationship we are able to make the changes we need to live life in a more satisfying way.
In an initial session we would explore whether we felt that we could work together and if you wished to continue we would meet regularly at times to suit us both.
I have an interest in the expressive arts and may use art work with clients if they wish.
I have been counselling since 1992 and am a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and an Accredited Supervisor.
I have experience of working with adults, children and young people and couples in private practice, General Practice and a University Counselling Service.

I am also a trainer working within Adult Learning and offer short workshops on a variety of subjects. I offer facilitation, training and consultancy to businesses and voluntary organisations as required.
