Counsellor Profile

I offer counselling to couples who wish to explore their relationship difficulties. Together we look at whether destructive patterns can be understood more fully so as to create the possibility of constructive change.

I also offer counselling to individuals struggling with emotional issues including depression, anxiety, stress & relationship problems.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and I adhere to their code of ethics.

I hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Relational Couples Therapy and have been counselling for over 7 years.

My counselling room provides a relaxed and private setting and is situated in Charlton Kings on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
