Ms FRANKIE MUSGROVE MBACP
01636636922 / 07967536605
I work as a psychotherapist and counsellor. My main qualification is in gestalt psychotherapy. As a practitioner I work with and have extensive experience of a variety of humanistic psycho- educational and experiential techniques.
My approach is therefore essentially integrative. This means I use a wide range of techniques and diagnostic models from both traditional and modern psychotherapeutic disciplines.
I am an experienced counsellor who has worked in this field for over 20 years including teaching person centred counselling in adult education. I also am a co -founder of CASY counselling services which started 18years ago, and still is very successful charity today for young people.
I work with individuals, couples and groups, I view the individual as a whole person and emphasise working directly with that person's experience as a basis for self knowing and recognise the capacity of individuals to heal themselves and give shape and value to their lives.
I also offer walking therapy in the countryside were l live at the edge of village. It is often easier for some people to talk about difficult issues strolling side by side in the open air.
My work is concerned with the development of human potential, not in an idealised form but in the development of each individuals potential to be the best they can.
