Hi I'm Kathleen,
My passion and energy comes from knowing that counselling works and although situations often cannot be changed, we can change our responses to them. If you need a confidential non judgemental space and time for yourself then contact me.

I have a wide range of experience working with individuals, couples, young people and groups covering issues from low self esteem, anger, depression, anxiety and bereavement. I am keen to raise self esteem and to empower you to work through personal or professional difficulties in order to explore more satisfactory ways of living and being.
I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor and a member of BACP and Cosca.

Fees

Counselling £40 per hour. A few reduced rates are available for students, low waged and unemployed.
Counselling Supervision £50 per hour and a half. Reduced rates for students.
Professional Supervision £50 per hour
