I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and practice cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in Northants with an office in Northampton and a further clinic in Rushden. I have 12 years experience of working with mental health issues in the NHS, voluntary, independant and private sectors. I am fully accredited by the British association of behavioural and cognitive psychotherapists (BABCP).
