Counsellor Profile

Firstly, thank you for reading my profile. I am a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist. I am available mornings, evenings and some weekends in a calm and friendly setting, where you can discuss issues that are troubling you knowing that you will be listened to. Issues that perhaps you can't talk about to family and friends, or maybe you've tried to talk to family and friends but they might not understand or maybe are too close to help.

I will listen to you in an empathic and non-judgemental environment where issues that are troubling, confusing, or hurting you, can be explored safely; with the assurance that you will be treated with respect, honesty and in the strictest of confidence.

As a qualified Hypnotherapist I can facilitate you in dealing with issues such as weight loss, fear of flying, anxiety etc., or even if you would just like to learn to relax.

I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am an experienced volunteer counsellor with a local charity and have varied experience of working in the care sector and the NHS. I have regular supervision and I am committed to ongoing professional development. I am fully insured.
